You might have noticed that recently some of the content on Kiss You Back has come from other published articles and hasn’t been all original content like it has in the past. First of all, I hope that you found the content to be interesting at least as much as our normal content. In reality, we have been so busy trying to improve the site, we’ve struggled to keep up with it. However, we have some exciting news about some changes that will happen to Kiss You Back in the very near future.
First of all, while the growth of the site has been steady since we started, we feel that there is a flaw in our current design that is holding the site back. It’s good for reading daily articles about dating and relationships, but there’s really not much of a community feel to the site. In reality I think that all good dating and relationship sites should have some community interaction in them, as relationships are about people. You want to go somewhere that you can talk about your issues or problems and have a group of people that you trust to help you answer them or at the very least just listen. For that reason we’re going to change the site up a bit, and here’s some details of what you can expect.
Tweaking of the site design
We’re going to make some changes to the site design to better focus Kiss You Back to a new look. The current look is okay, but it’s too much like a daily blog that doesn’t really promote the community feel we want to have. There can be a lot of strides made there, and we’re going to try and do that.
Articles will be more organized and less like a blog
Apart from the search feature, it’s really hard to find a specific category of articles on the site, so we’re going to organize our articles to make them more readily accessible. This will also allow the new content on the site to be less like a blog, and more like a dating community.
A Kiss You Back Forum will be introduced
The biggest and most exciting change of them all is that a Kiss You Back forum is going to be introduced! We think that a message board is a great place to meet and interact with people where you can share your thoughts and problems and hopefully get some constructive feedback. Not only that, but it allows people to meet new people that possibly have the same interests, and have a place on the web where you can feel comfortable talking about the various relationships in your life.
We don’t have an exact timetable of when these changes will happen, but we’re planning on it happening with the next 2 weeks or so. If you have some thoughts on the changes, let us know! We want your feedback and your opinions, and we want to make Kiss You Back the best site it can be. Don’t be afraid to speak up! Thanks, and hopefully you’ll all enjoy the new site very soon.
